Staff were kind and inviting. Gail was amazing! She listened, asked questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. Wonderful spa like experience! Will definitely be returning!
They are very very difficult to get ahold of. The first time I called, I was told I would get a call back the next day from a stylist with openings, I gave it 2 days and called again, she said she never got the message and we booked the appointment on that day. A week later I had to cancel the appointment due to accidentally double booking myself, I called and sat on hold for 30 minutes and then called back and the phone just rang for 15 minutes, no voicemail or anything.
