In 2022, we hired Images Advantage Group, owned by Phil Felty, for a patio project and had a very good experience. At the end of that project, Phil told us they also finish basements. Never pick up the trash they just run over it and seeds it
Phil's crew came and built a roof over our deck and did a great job! The price was fair and everyone was professional and communication was good. I give them 5 stars for that. However. We also paid to have a leaking faucet fixed. That was 8 weeks ago. I know they had some issues with theft and illness, but my texts don't get answered. We called 2 weeks ago and were told they have been very busy but would be out last Wednesday or Thursday. No call, no show. If we hadn't already paid them we would go elsewhere.
