Phil's crew came and built a roof over our deck and did a great job! The price was fair and everyone was professional and communication was good. I give them 5 stars for that. However. We also paid to have a leaking faucet fixed. That was 8 weeks ago. I know they had some issues with theft and illness, but my texts don't get answered. We called 2 weeks ago and were told they have been very busy but would be out last Wednesday or Thursday. No call, no show. If we hadn't already paid them we would go elsewhere. Phil and his team did a great job! They are reasonably priced, skilled and professional. Jimmy is a Rockstar!! They were slow in the beginning, but picked up pace later. Overall, satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend.
They destroyed the landscaping of my yard.
We hired Outer Image to build our patio and install a drainage pipe in the backyard. They came back in Nov and started and finished in Dec. The company installed the wrong drainage pipe and when contacted they told us they would come out to inspect it but never did. We then called them back and they said when the weather permits and again nothing. We have been trying to call them numerous times for the past few months and no response from them at all.
