I am a subcontractor and am getting the run a round for months with regards to payment. We have done the work and have submitted the invoices they took really long to pay the first to payments. When I threatened to terminate our contract that when I received a payment. That should have been my clue to stop there. They are 4 months late and I can't even get anyone to answer the phone call.
