I have nothing bad to say about imagenet! Guillermo who services our printers/copiers has always done a great job (expedient and very knowledgeable). Customer service is always quick to respond and fix as needed. They are definitely on top of their game!
I've been in the printing business for 30 years. We have always bypassed the middlemen and leased our production machines directly from the manufacturers. ImagieNet has such local service staff that know the machines. I don't have to wait for someone to drive down from Tampa or up from Ft. Myers. Guillermo is based here in Sarasota and is amazing.
