This company is the worst ever for business. We paid over $18,000 for a server. It has never worked properly and have to call them three times a week to fix it. Can't ever get a supervisor or tech on site to properly repair, and then after 10 hours of holding and BS Roadblocking to get a supervisor, the only way to get their attention was to not pay the bill. Then all of a sudden a supervisor calls but refuses to fix their problem until the bill is paid, taking our retail storage hostage like its extortion. Informed them the... read more

I have nothing bad to say about imagenet! Guillermo who services our printers/copiers has always done a great job (expedient and very knowledgeable). Customer service is always quick to respond and fix as needed. They are definitely on top of their game!
