Technician was knowledgeable, fast and very polite! It was a pleasure working with him! We never want problems, but if you have to have them this is the company to have them with. Kudos to ImageNet and their team.

Horrible customer management. They only know how to get clients. Doesn't know how to maintain it. I requested for a cancellation of service bec of months of printer not working. We've spent 3-5 months of calling because the equipment is vital. We said no of wiring it to a computer when it was first installed after finding out that our reception of the connection is weak. We called to have it wired. Different technicians went. Our only request is to wire it to our computer. Some technicians said they can but never went back. ... read more

horrible service and I'm a current client of theirs sadly. My printer been down for months and my business has suffered losing clients over being unable to print out contracts to conduct business and it has been at least 1-2 months of us requesting someone to come and fix the printer issue that we have and they have been MIA ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS and I intend on suing for my damages.
