I had a very negative experience with this business. The salesperson, Larry, was rude and unprofessional from the start. He was late for our scheduled face-to-face appointment and then called 5 minutes after the meeting time to try and switch the appointment to a phone call. When we declined, he began yelling, cussing, and blaming his colleague, Jerry, for the situation. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

We have been leasing a printer for years from Imagenet and just recently upgraded to a new model. We looked at other printer companies and decided to go with Imagenet because they were already set up as a supplier with us. Come to find out they immediately sold our lease to Canon. We only found out when we received an invoice in the mail from Canon Financials Services. I wish the salespeople would have been up front about this. Now we have to get a second vendor set up in our system so we can make the payments. Never imagine... read more

Imagenet has done a great job supporting schools with their 3D printers. They go above and beyond to support maker groups that in turn support unique learners. I love seeing the magic that they create!
