For the name brand to be image first, your driver is leaving a terrible image. Reckless driver of truck number 37528 in I95 south bound around 330pm today cut me off coming up into traffic and slam his brakes in front of me. Almost causing an accident. If I hadn't slam the brake and locked them up would of been a bad day for everyone.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The product quality is inconsistent. Linens are frequently soiled or torn. Delivery is not dependable. Delivery driver frequently smashes the rolling cart into our walls and damaged our office. Complaints are not addressed. Apologies for bad services are met with a complementary rug or bundt cake instead of correcting the issue. Today we are rolling into work with no linens because the delivery driver took the dirty ones, left and invoice but did not replace with fresh ones. ... read more
