We have worked with these guys for a long while and have had zero issues. On top of that, Ethan is our main man and has been delightful to deal with. Beware of this company, especially if you are a small business. Attached photos are just a sampling of product quality. Their pricing is outrageous and increases randomly. Customers have zero recourse because they lock you into a predatorial 5-year contract with a 40% penalty of the remainder of the contract for cancellation of services. They.don't.care.

absolutely terrible customer service. I can count on one hand the amount of correct deliveries we've received in the almost 3 years we've used them. we've been shorted 250 linens, and 2 mats (but charged for them) every single week for 2 months and my concerns have never been addressed, nor have I ever been issued a refund.
