Image first has to be the worst company i have ever been a part of and it all has to start with the managers they do not know how to run a company
I have nothing but good things to say about ImageFirst. Since they took over the linen cleaning for our clinic we have never had any issues. The customer advocate, Robert, is helpful, friendly, and professional. We even received a visit from the customer service manager, Manuel, just to check in and ensure we were satisfied. I am wowed by this level of personalized service.
