Extremely disappointing customer service. You can’t actually reach anyone by phone—you’re left dealing with an answering service—and when you try to email, the responses come across as dismissive and smart-aleck. They give the impression that their customer service is outstanding, but my experience has been the complete opposite. It’s all smoke and mirrors. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. What a terrible company.
