My husband and I were in this afternoon for an MRI and CT. The receptionist at the first check in desk, Melissa , deserves an amazing thank you. She was so thoughtful and kind about our needs to schedule another scripted MRI and went far above to solve our challenging issue. Your five stars do not come close to our thank you. Additionally, the CT male technician and the RN whom worked with us also deserve a huge thank you. Five + Stars for sure!!!

Image Care used to be great. Now, you can't get a live person on the phone for up to a half hour, sometimes longer. They lose too many orders and claim they never rec'd them
In and out and the girl I had for ultrasound was a sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable.
“Claude” when answering the phone, huffing and puffing, on my 30 second phone call. As if the potential testing wasn’t stressful enough, then to have the initial contact irritated with a relevant, simple question.
