Very unprofessional and disrespectful of patients time and schedule. DO NOT select this provider.
Employee at X-ray was late to work her computer didn't work so that took a few minutes turns out it was unplugged she did not check the power source very very slow people waiting in line for appointments very slow
Check-in was quick and simple. I only had to wait about 2 minutes in the waiting area before getting called back. My ultrasound tech Elissa did a great job; she was really sweet and talking with her definitely helped me relax. I would be very comfortable returning to this location if I need imaging in the future.
Apologies for lateness, but the wonderful, supportive x-ray staff lady on Thursday afternoon, March 6th, bailed me out when I had forgotten the prescription for my husband’s walk in chest X-ray. She called our Urgent Care people and they sent what she thought was a script copy. The material they faxed was not correct so she very nicely called them again for a redo. I had an 840 ultrasound appointment, asked to arrive 15 min prior, showed up at 825- employee was not at desk- her shift starts at 830, came in at 830, still at 840 (my appointment) was waiting to be checked in, there were 3 people in front of me. At 840 she still didn’t have her “systems”’up. If you don’t have staff don’t schedule pts. Do better
