I called left a message never received a call back. I wanted to make an appointment but if no one will answer the phone or return my call how is it possible?

The check in process is ridiculous - waiting for the front desk person to be done with calls? How about do that a. Where I can't see it and b. By someone other than the person who should be checking people in. And results take 24-48 hours to get to referring PCP. Disappointing.

The front desk staff were all so warm and welcoming. I was lucky enough to only be waiting about 5 minutes as the place is a walk-in/no appointments. The imaging was quick and easy. The person that did my imaging was also very pleasant. Thank you!

Came for X-rays today. I didn’t think much of it initially but afterwards I realized that it is quite an intimate experience. Kylie the technician made it so pleasant. She was gentle, reassuring and clear with her instructions. I didn’t wait long either. The receptionist was also quite pleasant too. Good job CCP.

Horrific, Been waiting for 30 min. A sign says that the receptionist will be back at (clock pointing to 10am). 30 past 10am and no one knows when the receptionist will return. They said she went to an appointment. Communication 0/10. 45 min later, haven’t even been able to check in for an X-ray. Keep in mind you have the right to have your imaging done at any establishment. Just because capital care refers you to I would go somewhere else.
