Horrific, Been waiting for 30 min. A sign says that the receptionist will be back at (clock pointing to 10am). 30 past 10am and no one knows when the receptionist will return. They said she went to an appointment. Communication 0/10. 45 min later, haven’t even been able to check in for an X-ray. Keep in mind you have the right to have your imaging done at any establishment. Just because capital care refers you to I would go somewhere else.
A busy but efficient office with friendly staff! I was in and out of here for an X-ray in under 20 minutes. This busy mom of two is recovering from surgery, pneumonia and balancing work and appointments and this was super convenient!!
Been waiting at the desk for an apt check in for eight minutes so far. No one has came and the other desks have ignored me.
Smooth experience. Only issue was poor signage at the street entrances. Should have big signs that list all the offices here at both the front and side entrances. First timers haven't a clue!
Very unprofessional and disrespectful of patients time and schedule. DO NOT select this provider.
