I had an early appointment and was greeted at the desk by a very nice man. He took all my information and I filled out the form required. Soon after completing it , I was called in to have my bone density test, A nice woman explained everything and reminded me I was there 2 years ago for my last test. I was done very quickly and on my way home all within an hour of arriving. There was no one in the waiting room. I will return in 2 years as it was very convenient to where I live and no waiting.
I as given nothing but top notch treatment while at Image Care. The front desk staff not only gave me a warm greeting but also took care to have me wait in the less crowded space. The team that worked with me were thoughtful, kind & took time to explain what I would experience during my visit. I really appreciate their professionalism & personal attention.
I rarely write reviews but had such a positive experience that I wanted to leave one for this office. From start to finish my experience here was stellar. The gentleman at the front desk helped me sign in with a smile and kindness. The woman who did my mammogram, Myhili, was great & Vera who did my ultrasound, excellent. Selena on the phone too, who organized me picking up my paperwork, was helpful & kind. Could not recommend this place more.
My Experience Today Was Awesome! I accidentally forgot to bring the script from my doctor for my annual routine checkup. It truly wasn’t my intention to cause any confusion or stress, but the staff at ImageCare in Morristown handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. From the front desk to the technicians, everyone was kind and understanding.
