The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I had trouble scheduling with Morristown Hospital, so I really appreciated the service I received here. There was minimal wait time after I arrived, and the test began promptly. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend this facility and would return if needed.
Although the procedure itself was not pleasant, the doctor and the ultrasound technician made the experience less stressful. Their professionalism, clear explanations, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out. I am very grateful for the compassion they showed. Thank you.
There were some positive aspects to my experience. The front desk promptly informed me of an opening, and I was able to schedule my procedure a week earlier than expected and the check in process was great. However, I found having my tech go through a sort of training or certification process for the new equipment to be frustrating. The tech was struggling to get the equipment to work on me, and the observer had to provide guidance, which unnecessarily extended the duration of my procedure. My appointment for my breast biopsy went really well!! The staff in there are so kind and sweet and they made me feel comfortable and confident that everything will go smooth and it did! The doctor that performed the biopsy was amazing! So kind and to the point! Everything was explained to me with every detail! May God always be with them to protect them and guide them!
