I had a great experience at image care in Morristown! The appointment ran on time and everybody was so kind and respectful. The 4 star rating is because the hardest part was just making the appointment. It took multiple phone calls of being on hold longer than 20 minutes just to get an appointment.
The front desk medical assistant called me before I got to the appointment to give me directions on how to find parking and the office inside the building. That was very helpful. Once I was in the facility everyone treated me with care and explained my procedures as well as answering all my questions. It was an overall great experience.
I had an early appointment and was greeted at the desk by a very nice man. He took all my information and I filled out the form required. Soon after completing it , I was called in to have my bone density test, A nice woman explained everything and reminded me I was there 2 years ago for my last test. I was done very quickly and on my way home all within an hour of arriving. There was no one in the waiting room. I will return in 2 years as it was very convenient to where I live and no waiting.
I as given nothing but top notch treatment while at Image Care. The front desk staff not only gave me a warm greeting but also took care to have me wait in the less crowded space. The team that worked with me were thoughtful, kind & took time to explain what I would experience during my visit. I really appreciate their professionalism & personal attention.
I rarely write reviews but had such a positive experience that I wanted to leave one for this office. From start to finish my experience here was stellar. The gentleman at the front desk helped me sign in with a smile and kindness. The woman who did my mammogram, Myhili, was great & Vera who did my ultrasound, excellent. Selena on the phone too, who organized me picking up my paperwork, was helpful & kind. Could not recommend this place more.
