Great experience all around. The reception staff was friendly and courteous, treating every client with kindness and compassion. The CT tech was amazing, explaining every step of the procedure to let me know exactly what was going to happen and so friendly. Everyone created an atmosphere that felt like they enjoyed their job. Great place!
The Morristown facility was fine and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, courteous and professional. The staff that handled my MRI, on the other hand, was very unfriendly, barely spoke and rushed me through the process like I was on an assembly line. They certainly didn't do anything to make me feel relaxed or comfortable. I also thought it was odd that they told me a metal zipper on my gym shorts was acceptable to wear and put me in the machine with shoes and street clothes which I've never come across before... read more
ImageCare at Morristown was amazing! Staff warm & friendly, talkative. The Dr & Tech's were super informative through out the my whole procedure! My procedure was unpleasant and they all made it really great!! Absolutely would recommend to anyone & everyone!
I had a great experience at image care in Morristown! The appointment ran on time and everybody was so kind and respectful. The 4 star rating is because the hardest part was just making the appointment. It took multiple phone calls of being on hold longer than 20 minutes just to get an appointment.
From my phone call requesting an appointment to the conclusion of that appointment I was treated with gentleness, kindness and competence. I told my husband that everyone in your company seems hand-picked to CARE about every patient who walks through the doors of ImageCare. I felt as if the staff members were treating each of us as if the procedure we were receiving was extraordinarily important — not just for our bodies but to our souls.
