Carol in reception went above and beyond to ensure my information was correct and help me schedule a procedure at a different facility for a second procedure I needed. She was amazing. In addition, the technician was excellent and offered to provide a CD with the images. I would definitely go back to this facility.
The male receptionist couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. I was very late for my appt & he arranged for me to come back 90 min later and asked if it was OK. I filled out all necessary forms then & when I returned, walked into next office and was called within 5 min. The tech was also very helpful, efficient and friendly. It was an all around great experience but I wish I had taken their names so I could mention them personally.
Very well organized with a strong tream of professionals. Appropriate reminders with effective scheduling. Intake was a detailed one on one info gathering. Each test was performed with a well trained and friendly technician. I was escorted between procedures with an associate who informed me of what is next. Every room is clean, organized and comfortable. This is very relaxing. I look forward to our post procedure conference in a few days. I now have a total baseline of my current health.
I had my mammogram and ultrasound today. The two ladies, both named Karen, that took care of me today were the most wonderful! They were so genuinely caring, friendly and professional. These tests are never fun, but they made the experience so much better. The front desk lady in the mammogram suite was also amazing - she took the extra time and care to check how I could get the maximum insurance benefit. My scans were right on time, seamless and painless. Excellent experience!
The staff were all great. They really cared about helping me get the new referral I needed and were great when doing both the mammogram and ultrasound. Very efficient. In and out in a timely manner. A great experience overall
