My experience with ImageCare involved a CT. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I first interacted with Peter, Dannetta and Cheyenne (? on names), who were friendly and professional while facilitating my check-in. I would like to highly commend the CT professional, Ashlin. Your technicians were efficient and incredibly pleasant and reassuring. I truly appreciate how clearly they explained the procedure and took time to ensure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Absolutely love this Imagecare location. The CT technician, Denise, is so knowledgeable, outstanding and kind. I cannot say enough good things about her. The front desk staff is very responsive. Peter and Phil have been compassionate and take pride in their craft. They provide top notch service here and are punctual.
I have been to this facility twice in the last month and I can’t enough about the quality or the service here. The staff is so warm, accommodating and welcoming. Usually when you schedule some type of imaging you’re nervous and anxious about results. Having people that are kind and do they work with joy, makes a big difference.
