Everyone was pleasant and very kind. I had two CT Scans done and a mammogram and I was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciated the fact that they had scheduled everything together vs me coming back and forth 3 times. I would highly recommend. Thank you
The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I had trouble scheduling with Morristown Hospital, so I really appreciated the service I received here. There was minimal wait time after I arrived, and the test began promptly. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend this facility and would return if needed.
Not only was I able to receive same day appointments from the diagnostic phone line, they had two of the best employees that were receptive to my requests and were extremely patient and polite. Once I entered the imaging center the office and staff were just as friendly, polite and respectful. ImageCare has great system and knows how to treat their patients right.
1Everyone on the staff here is professional and nice. I had a very short wait in the reception area. Every step of the way was pleasant. During my MRI the technician explained the process, and insured that I was comfortable. Overall this was a very positive experience.
Very satisfied with patient service. I will recommend patients to go to this imaging location. Very polite, patient, very clean not crowded and very detailed with procedures. The entire staff were amazing. I walked in with a smile and left with a smile. Thank you to all you guys "ROCK".
