Charles from Visual Edge has always looked out for our best interests. We were able to get a new phone system and a new printer, both of which are easier to use and cheaper to maintain. We appreciate the friendly service he provides and the people he keeps us in contact with when we need service.
Office staff was rude. Tried to call about a job offer they had, was treated with hostility. Not worth working for in my opinion. They need to get rid of HR and get better employees. This is a customer service company. They rely on excellent customer service skills to get more customers. A potential employee is also a customer but they do not seem to realize that.
