One of the most dishonest ran companies I've dealt with in the decade I've had my business. The owners lost a battle in court with my business after lying and saying they had never done business with me, had never spoken with me, never did business in California. It's the 2000's, it was clear by my invoices, emails, phone logs that they were trying to lie to the judge. Dishonesty is usually a sign of a lack of integrity. Absolutely love Image and all of the systems within the line. These truly are result-oriented products and treatments. We, as well as our guests, are so happy to have it in our Spa!
Your Representatives are so unhelpful with new clients. Never have I seen such bad customer service from a call center. I tried to place an order and no one is willing to go above and beyond to get a new customer. So very disappointed in the lack of help I received.
