The only spa I will go to! They are the best!!! I have been going to Image for 5+ years and love the employees like they are family. Lauren gives the best massage and Lori does a great job on my hair! The best in the Midwest!!!

The tension between employees was totally uncalled for. Not sure how a customer is suppose to relax and enjoy when all they feel in the room is a lot of tension and employees snapping at other employees. Plus we didn't get everything that the package included. Now this place really has a thumbs down from me. The owner called me to apologize and said she'd make things up to me and my guest by sending out gift cert. for free body massages and it's going on a week and a half now almost 2 weeks since we been there and still have... read more
The girls took great care of us. It was my first massage and they made sure I was comfortable. We will definitely be back.
