I have been here twice now and have loved the experience. My hairstylist was Payden. She did an excellent job lifting my black box dye off of my hair and toning it to an ashy blonde. Not to mention an excellent trim with appropriate layers. Price was on the lower end for hair salons and the outcome was, in my opinion, well worth your money!
Love to get my facial waxing done with Jenny. I can just send her a text to book in and she's usually got really good availability. She's always a pleasure to see and does a great job with shaping up my brows!
I called to book an appointment very recently, and this is the response I received…”No, and for what?”, then they come back on the phone and it’s not “No, I’m sorry we don’t have any appointments available for this week”, instead it’s “No, we’re booking into next week”. Sorry, but your phone etiquette/customer service could use some work. I won’t bother to call you next time.
Love my haircut and very welcoming atmosphere. Jenny does my waxing. It's a 1 stop shop.
