Unprofessional job!!! I am really disappointed with their job. They bought the wrong size shelves and fixed it with no drawers. The carpenter must check the quote size before starting the job.They won’t do job according to the quote. I got 4 shelves and 4 drawer wrong size “501mm” than the quote size “608mm”. When I asked them about the price, the staff said it is the same, Really? It’s their fault to install the wrong size 4 shelves and 4 drawers. Incompetent Maddison AKA Manager AKA Inherited Owner. Got email address wrong. Never bothered to call and discuss. Attitude and sinking ship. Take your business elsewhere.
Thankyou for making this an easy process. Their receptionist was helpful and friendly. Richard is a professional installer and a lovely young man. He installed the robe quickly and neatly never stopped for 3hours. A very reasonable quote from Michael excellent customer service. Definitely would recommend.
