Thankyou for making this an easy process. Their receptionist was helpful and friendly. Richard is a professional installer and a lovely young man. He installed the robe quickly and neatly never stopped for 3hours. A very reasonable quote from Michael excellent customer service. Definitely would recommend.
Very unhappy at the non-service at Image robes today. The staff arrived 10 minutes late, saw that I was waiting didn't acknowledge the fact that they were late or didn't even acknowledge me when I walked into the showroom. Disgusted about this I left the showroom and will not ever give them my business.
Recently had Image Robes install a bunch of drawers + robes for the house. Installation was well done. The installer and person quoting was professional throughout and answered all my questions and gave good recommendations. Had to leave midway through installation and the installer locked everything up properly afterwards. 10/10
Got our 2 robes installed on 16/1/26 & Jon did a pretty job installing them & Angelo is a pretty good guy to deal with...keep up the good work guys
Edit: they fixed up the install issues no problems, totally happy again with the product. Thanks for sorting out for some one to come out and fix it.
