The people are nice but they will not do anything to help if there is a noisy neighbor. I am living below a aingle mother with 4 kids. She lets them run, jump and move furniture around hsrd wood floors from 7am to midnight. The whole place shakes all day due to the kids running and jumping loudly. I applied for a rental unit on the he website. Only to be told that unit is rented. I reached out several times to the Realtor Dreama, however she gave me the run around too!! I find this to be highly upsetting and very unprofessional. I am a single mom who works very hard for her money and I am seeking a place to live to call my Home and I applied for the unit on the website just to be blown off and then be informed that the unit I applied for has already been rented.
