Two days in a row this imaging center called me 15 minutes before my appointment to say that there machine was down. Terrible service. 15 minutes is not soon enough when you have to leave your work and plan for these things. If you value your time go elsewhere.
Had MRI was in extreme low back pain (reason for MRI) when exiting the MRI. The staff was excellent in allowing me to move as I could, when I could. They helped me to get off the table with a minimum of pain helping me to move into the waiting room on a wheel chair where I had to sit for 30 more minutes until the pain subsided. The entire staff needs to be commended on the extreme effort put forth to get my MRI completed and to help me to walk out of their office. Thank You!
