Great neighbourhood pool shop, I get my consumables from here occasionally. I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell me and have on more than one occasion advised me not to buy something that was unnecessary.
Excellent service. They only recommend chemicals to add when it is actually required.
I've been going to Image for years. I asked for help with changing a mineral filter cartridge and I got no help. Changed company and they're coming within 2 days. Very disappointing.
