They are so rude. They be I work on their customer service. They are misleading and liars. They are disrespectful, they hang up in your face while you're trying talking to a representative.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This business is the definition of unprofessional, dishonest, and downright disrespectful. From day one, they have hidden critical information that should have been disclosed before I signed my contract. My signed agreement makes no mention whatsoever of a “two retainers per year” limit, yet years later they tried to enforce this bogus rule by sending me another paper completely unsigned by me as if it magically became part of my contract.
