I had an amazing experience at Image Orthodontics in Oakland! The entire team is so professional, friendly, and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the orthodontists. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The office is super clean, modern, and organized, and you can tell they really care about their patients. Horrible wait times. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour. Cancelled my appointment because that’s so disrespectful.
I n this place make wait for long time and when I have an appointment and can not make they don’t help you soon I have to wait for two months to get appointment and the people at the front desk are not helpful on anything.
Dr. is amazing! However the office itself had a lot of issues with scheduling and wait times.
