For San Mateo location. Their staff didn’t let me sit and wait inside even they had most chairs available. It was one person only in the room! When I asked again saying that it’s cold outside she was like ooooook you can sit here. Second: My retainers arrived but they didn’t fit me. So I explained that my upper tray is too lose and my bottom one is so tied that I can’t even wear them. He pushed the bottom one that it hurt me and then couldn’t take it out.
