Great experience with customer service. I went in with the intention of getting some prescription sunglasses and noticed there was a deal on lenses and ended up getting 2 pairs of frames. Tatiana is very knowledgable with the type of frame that is the most suitable on my face and truly helped me pick the perfect piece. Everything is so clean and sterilized which is comforting to see during this pandemic.
Beware, had my prescription done and it was wrong, it was too strong. I had head aches, dizzines, eye strain for days. Another optometrist at same location checked it and corrected it. No apology from the original doctor or manager. Staff are not as friendly and caring as they seem, the manager or owner does not return calls.
Excellent knowledgeable service and great product selection. No fuss fitting of my glasses so they don’t slide down. I broke the first pair I purchased by accident and they were replaced almost right away with no problem or cost. I took my daughters glasses in to be repaired recently. She did not even purchase her glasses there. The staff repaired them for us for FREE! I appreciate getting the vip treatment there! Recommended
The service is AMAZING!!! I've been going here for years and NEVER had a bad experience. Very friendly and accommodating. The store is always clean and well organized. I definitely recommend this Image Optometry office to anyone who is looking to become part of a "family" and not just a number.
Walked in and needed a screw replaced to fix my sunglasses. The lady that helped was unbelievably helpful and friendly. She fixed my sunglasses no problem and was full of great knowledge and advice. Fantastic customer service. I have never been a customer here before but I will certainly be a customer now!
