My wife had been waiting more than 9 months for a specialized MRI for a debilitating orthopedic condition while suffering increasing pain and disability. Our GP suggested going private and what a fortunate decision that turned out to be. The wait time was a month because the procedure required a radiologist to come up from Vancouver. The Image One team is great. I needed a brain scan expedited and these guys made it happen. The procedure was well orchestrated and I was kept informed throughout the process. I am claustrophobic so staff ensured my phobia was addressed in a manner to ensure I felt at ease. I would highly recommend Image One to anyone who needs an MRI quicker than what the medical system is able to provide.
