I had a very positive experience at Image One MRI. They were able to get me in within 2 days of receiving my requisition. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, helpful and ensured that I had a seamless appointment.
Cannot say thank you enough. Went today to have a MRI on my knee. The 2 ladies that did the MRI were so so very nice. Everything explained and super nice. I had problems with pain in my knee and 3 times they had to stop and let me get my leg out to move it. I felt so stupid, but they were amazing and understanding. Wish I had known about Image One MRI 6 months ago. Thank you so much!!!!

My wife had been waiting more than 9 months for a specialized MRI for a debilitating orthopedic condition while suffering increasing pain and disability. Our GP suggested going private and what a fortunate decision that turned out to be. The wait time was a month because the procedure required a radiologist to come up from Vancouver.
