This company does NOT stand behind their products. I bought a corner rounder that never came close to fulfilling its function after hours of adjustment. Company would not refund, and labeled me a "problem maker" in an email they sent to their distributer. I was not a "problem maker", I was a customer with a problem who needed assistance because of their poorly designed machine. I will now proudly accept the title "problem maker" since I will be telling anyone who will listen my experience.
This is a great company with great people who work there. Bernardo K. is a very nice person who really cares. It's always a pleasure speaking with him. Image One Impact is number ONE in my book!
Image One Impact is a pretty disappointing company. Abysmal service and they have little interest in standing behind their products. After being their customer for over 10 years (spending several thousand dollars) we were referred to Graphix Direct - one of their distributors - when we contacted them to purchase a large die and base for a $500 corner rounder we had purchased from them.
