The image 1 El Cajon did not take my child X-ray referral today, it was urgent, I told them that my 10 months old child is suffering a lot and the prescription of the doctor is waiting for this X-Ray, I think they rejected services to my child but I will do my best. Their reason for rejection was the age of the child and I was told that we do not do X-Ray for people under 18. I contacted the referring doctor , she referred me to Sharp Grossmont. Very bad customer service. Called when I was on my way to let them know I was going to be 10 mins late, the lady said it ok you have 15 min grace period. I got there 8 mins late not 10 only for the front desk to tell me well the machine is off you have to reschedule, nobody told me you were coming... I don't think anyone needs to tell her I'm coming if I have an apt. Anyways do not waste your time or you gas driving to this place of "business"
I have a nightmare yesterday in radiology department the receptionist told me they do not take walkings so she told me I need to have an appointment so I told her I need the next day after 1pm but she did not confirm the appointment so I asked her for a card with the time of my appt she just refused to do it. I talked to a supervisor from my primary doctor that was the only way I had my appointment confirmed. When I got home I received a text with a different date and time for the appointment they saiid I scheduled.
Abnormal mammogram took 5 weeks to find out
