Tried calling 4 separate times to inquire about booking an appointment, every call was met with no answer. Not sure if the customer service is that poor, if they are short staffed, or just “that busy”. But I called when first opening at 9am up until 10:25am and never received one answer. Also left a message and nothing. Disappointed. I’ll take my business back to Babywaves.
Just got finished with our ultrasound. The sonographer was so sweet and got a plethora of images for us. The space is so welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend coming in for ultrasounds here. We got a print out of 14 images and all the photos & videos electronically.
Ashley was absolutely amazing during my ultrasound appointment! She was kind, patient, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience.
