Passport photographs taken here by the owner Hoi were not accepted at the passport office due to the glare. I had to re do them on site since I had already spent all morning at the passport renewal office and had to act quickly to get them re done. I went back to Image Master Photo to speak to the owner and refused a refund, he said he had spent the time to take them. But the photograph was solely for the passport so it did not do the job. Excellent and efficient service! The staff was very accommodating, and I was impressed with how quickly everything was handled. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!
Top notch photographer and experience.
Very terrible pictures, I have to search somewhere else to get nice photos. He took photos in dark without lights, the result is terrible. Wasted money and time. Very disappointed.
