Very poor communication from Dough. He promised to bring me some fresh grass and he never did. I tried reaching out by text and call several times and no response. Also, he discounted some St. Augustine grass because it was not in the best condition, but it is actually dead after watering it daily for a month. Dough did not stand behind his product and was very dishonest. Very frustrating experience.
