Always a pleasant experience. The facilities are clean and welcoming. The front desk staff offers water as do other techs during your visit. Everyone, including Dr. Rich is personable and makes you feel welcomed and relaxed.
So far my experience has been Very good! I won't say great until I see the final results. I am still swollen but it has been only a week. Definitely I can say the staff and Dr. Rich give a great service when you visit their office. Wonderful staff!
In 2 weeks, I will look like myself again!.
