Dr. Rich is absolutely amazing. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. He took the time to explain everything and truly cared about how I was feeling. What could have been stressful turned into such a positive, calming experience. Chasity was wonderful! So warm, kind, and welcoming. Both of them made me feel genuinely cared for.
