Nathan came out to do a checkup on our furnaces for the winter. He showed up right on time and did a thorough job. He talked me through some info about our systems, and answered my questions about humidifiers and maintenance in detail. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will definitely use A - AIK Air Duct Cleaning Services Co, DE again in the future!
Carl are awesome and very thorough. We are so glad we found A - AIK Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Co, DE. They cleaned and removed mold in all the ductwork and wow what a difference it made. I’m a do it yourselfer but could not have done the job these guys did. Had an appointment at 4PM. 40 mins later no one showed nor did they have the courtesy to call and let me know they will be late. The kicker is THEY called me after an Angie's List search. If they can't show for a quote before they get your money, I can't believe they will show after that have it.
My appointment with Image Lawn Care was at 8:30am. After I waited a while I decided to call & was told, “Oh yea we are going to be late”. No apology, no courtesy phone call! They finally showed at 2pm, worked for a few hours then told us that they would have to come back the next day to finish their work b/c the supply store was closed.
