We are sitting here in the waiting area for a 2:00 appointment. It is now 2:50, and were just told it is going to be another 20 minutes until we get seen. No apology, very upsetting. Patient is 86, and shouldn't be left waiting over an hour.
Very great company. Julianne's customer service is out of expectation. Everything is clear when you order, no hidden price, very professional quality and process. I had a very bad experience with another company and I'm so happy we found her. Highly recommended company.
