What a terrible experience with Image Collision/Honda. From the moment my vehicle was dropped off to be repaired and having to deal with Stacy, what a nightmare. Never have I met such a condescending individual, demeaning in every way and just miserable to the core. This type of individual should never be in a customer service position dealing with the general public. My wife and I have dealt with Image Honda for the past 16 years and have been completely satisfied with their sales and service. We recently experienced some damage to the rear bumper area of our 2024 civic Civic Touring model. We dealt with both Stacy and Tara in the collision department and both were extremely helpful in providing an estimate and ultimately doing the repair to our complete satisfaction. A great job and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any repair work.
Very friendly and professional service, damage was repaired very nicely and was ready in less than one day. So far I am pleased with the work.
