No show on first day they were to start & no call. Scheduled a lift for window installation that they said should work and didn't & cost us $150. Second lift sat for 4 hours before they showed up as they were supposed to be early that day. This lift cost us $639.86 for the day & they used for 3 hours. Broke my chiminea in the yard moving lift around & NEVER replaced after 11 months & reminders to do so. The damage on the window frames & windowsills inside the home due to installation was horrific.
