You are very lucky, that you have the same name like the new Google Image Generator.
5 months trying to approve signage permits for my newly renovated business, come to find out the city never received anything. Received voicemail from Imagefx stating they "dropped the ball" on this. Yet again, no one is answering or returning my calls. My new business has been open for 5 months without signage and we are back at square one.
