Honest and professtional I have been going to 20/20 Image for years, and they have been nothing but honest and knowledgeable. The medical and vision insurance is very confusing for me, however they took the extra time to explain all my benefits. They went over what was covered and what was not covered. I went there a few months ago and they remodeled the entire office!!! Lots of new designer frames...Dr K and the staff know their stuff. ( I just saw this poor review and had to set the record straight!)
