Lowes has failed greatly to have these people "Image Flooring" as their floor installation contractors. First, it is the challenge of finding the flooring you are going to like. Then Lowes gives you an installation date. Then they deliver the product to you home. So, now your excited to finally get this project done however "Image Flooring" is too busy and you must wait for an additional 4 weeks with my home becoming a warehouse. I have had two floor installs done by Image Floor Coverings, Inc. The first install went fairly well. The second install has not gone well at all. It was originally supposed to be a 3 day job. After paying extra to have the floor leveled, it was not leveled and the tile was laid poorly. Luckily the company agreed the tile was laid bad and agreed to redo the work.
