Denied Membership Renewal I am truly heartbroken by the treatment I've received from Image Fitness. After being a member (off and on) for three years, my membership renewal was denied without any explanation. NONE! When I sought clarity through email, none was given. I tried reaching out on Facebook, but I was blocked instead of receiving a response.
