Image Fitness is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. The cleanliness, combined with high quality equipment makes it my favorite gym in the area.
I cannot say enough positive things about my trainer, Elizabeth! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and the perfect mix of firm but sweet. I feel confident, stronger, and steady compared to when I started with her 7 months ago. Her encouragement and skill are unmatched. I have been amazed at how she can tweak my technique to isolate/target the intended muscle. She celebrates all of my successes and is such a pleasure to work with. I leave my sessions filled with gratitude for her!
