By far the most comfortable and welcoming gym I have ever been to. Other gyms are too crowded and overstimulating for my anxiety. This gym gives me the perfect setting and peace. Image Fitness is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. The cleanliness, combined with high quality equipment makes it my favorite gym in the area.
I cannot say enough positive things about my trainer, Elizabeth! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and the perfect mix of firm but sweet. I feel confident, stronger, and steady compared to when I started with her 7 months ago. Her encouragement and skill are unmatched. I have been amazed at how she can tweak my technique to isolate/target the intended muscle. She celebrates all of my successes and is such a pleasure to work with. I leave my sessions filled with gratitude for her!
