The absolute WORST customer service, EVER!! The customer service is slow and absolutely horrendous. Not only are they extremely rude, but slow to respond. My surgery center purchased a table for over 38k. It broke.... right out of warranty. When you finally do get a person on the phone, they're rude, cannot answer your questions and do not respond in the timeframe they promise. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a professional setting. Purchased a table from this company and company refuses to provide assistance when the table broke. It took >2 weeks to receive a part for the table. We were then told it would be another few weeks until a tech could repair, leaving our business without a functional fluoro table for >1 month.
