I booked an appointment through the clinic’s website on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, for a late-night appointment on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. To date, I have not received any confirmation, acknowledgment, or follow-up communication regarding my booking. There has been no email, call, or message to confirm whether the appointment was accepted, reviewed, or scheduled. I have an issue with my neck and vertigo, the hygienist was very thoughtful in asking about lowering my chair and providing an extra pillow.
Dr. Lafontaine provided exceptional care for me when my molar fractured. I truly enjoyed my dental experience. The entire team and office are outstanding. I absolutely love my zirconia crown—it looks beautiful and, most importantly, fits and functions perfectly. Dr. Lafontaine is compassionate, attentive, and an excellent dentist. His team is professional, hardworking, and was able to accommodate me on short notice. Thank you to Dr. Lafontaine and the entire Image Dental team!
I'm always amazed at how warm and friendly this office is, not what you expect from a dentist.
