I dropped by (no appointment) to ask a question about the interior of my car and before I left felt like I had met the most wonderful people. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and helpful. They resolved my problem with courtesy and smiles. Made me want to go crash my car just so I could go back, although they told me I was welcome anytime but to be sure to bring Kam. (Golden Retriever).
The commuication experience was stellar. I was dealing with my insurance company and Melissa helped me navigate the process. Paul and his crew did an excellent job repairing my wife’s 2018 Honda Pilot. I was updated regularly and the work was done in a very reasonable time considering the damages our vehicle had. If you have State Farm I highly recommend using this Select Service Shop. I’d give ten stars if it would let me!
