I visited Image by Laser 2 months ago and I left the session with burn marks all over my body (refer to image). It was the most painful laser experience I’ve ever had and left me with scars that I still have over 9 weeks later. I requested them for a refund for my future sessions and they said they refuse to refund me and I can use my “prepaid treatments” to get injectables or skin treatments.
