We have used Bruce (Image Builders) for decades and have been satisfied with his work at several of our rental properties, but that is where the satisfaction ends. We hired his company to do a high-value renovation and it was incredibly painful. In the end, it was substantially over budget and 5 months late (it would have been more but we kicked him and his sub contractors out, finally).
