Kim is the best! Gotten my hair straightened today by Kim, looks and feels amazing. If your hairs are also curly or stay tangled and maintaining them is hard for you especially if you trying to grow them… I highly recommend you to come by Image Beauty Salon and ask for Kim to do your hair straightening treatment asap.

Came in on a walk-in. I wanted to get a layered feathered short hair cut, but didn't want to pay the $150 that I'd paid at more expensive salons. I had requested the same haircut at an inexpensive place before and it turned out really terrible (choppy and unblended layers), so I was feeling pretty anxious about the cut, but I ended up being really satisfied with my haircut here! It looks amazing.

Worst women short haircut in 10 years. The stylist (a team member of Kim's) seemed very inexperienced. Felt like she was a beginner. What made it even worse was that she kept blaming my hair, saying it was my hair's fault instead of taking responsibility for her poor work. This was the first time I’ve ever encountered a stylist who complains about a client's hair thickness. Extremely disappointed. Kim was good tho.

Kim is incredibly talented at what she does! She really listened to my requests and brought them to life with a beautiful haircut and color. She’s professional, skilled, and such a pleasure to work with. I’m definitely going to be a regular here. Her prices are also so reasonable for the quality of work — such a great find!
