I was genuinely shocked by the complete lack of basic kindness I experienced here today. My 4-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the bathroom while we were next door at Baskin-Robbins, which did not have a restroom available. I came into this salon and politely asked if she could use their bathroom for literally one minute so she wouldn’t have an accident. I just wanted to clean my fingernails and toenails, but they didn’t cut well my hangnails. I felt I lost my money there :/
Not the vibe
Disappointing pedicure— hardly scrubbed soles, trimming/filing wasn’t done nicely, polish was poorly applied. Came home and tried to fix them as best I could, but I’ll probably be going elsewhere and getting a new pedicure.
