So bad experience. Horrible finish. I just left the salon and my nails look like 7 days have passed :(

Sore cuticles, too much cutting. The stylist cut so much cuticle that it was painful and my fingers are still red around the cuticle. She also didn't push back my cuticles, she just started hacking away at them. Salon seemed clean although I didn't see them open a sterile bag of tools so I don't know details. She just brought over a tray of tools. My cuticles just hurt and it's a day later.

My first time after visiting a few other nail salons in the area where I was really disappointed. Here I had a really good experience! Salon is spacious and welcoming and the technician was very meticulous and thorough. I am used to absolutely perfectionist approach of Eastern European salons where they are close to using a microscope when doing a manicure so I have a very high point of reference, although my expectations have been shaped by sloppiness of many US salons I visited.
