Great new owners and management! Image Auto Body is under new ownership since July of 2009. The new owners know about customer service. They go out of their way to please the customer and are on many insurance approved vendors lists.
Very bad experience I took my car here to get a quote on a large repair (for an insurance claim). I also wanted an independent mechanic to look at the car. The owners were extremely rude to the mechanic and would not let him look at the car even after I called to give my approval. They asked me how I could prove who I was. Well, they have all my personal information, driver's license number, VIN number, home phone, etc. They could have easily called me back on my home phone to verify who I was, but wouldn't.
