Paul the owner is very rude and always talks over you trying to get his point across. The work could be top notch but if you can take you car somewhere else do it.
Took my car to them to have scratches fixed from an accident. When I picked it up, the original scratches were fixed, but there was a new one in the same area. I called and got yelled at for calling before 8, although their voicemail says they open at 7. When I told Paul that the response was "yeah, but you gotta give me time to wake up". He sounded like he was on drugs. He continues to bark at me asking where the damage was and saying they didn't do work there.
