I have called the store back only 20 hours after purchasing a $ 2400.00 lift chair. Letting them know I have a difficult time sitting in the chair because it's too tall. I asked to exchange it and I'm very disappointed that their policy is that it cannot be returned after delivery. I'm a handicapped senior who is dependant on a lift chair because of a low back injury. Please consider your purchases within the store because they have no concern for your comfort or use after they get your money.

What a great experience from start to finish. It all began with Austin on the sales floor. Very knowledgeable and confident when asked questions. We were waiting to close on a new house and Austin helped us coordinate it all. The delivery team was on time and fast! When I got home after delivery, I sat in my new recliner and there was a mechanical issue with it. We purchased furniture for our new home. We needed every room. Since we were traveling 5 1/2 hours away, they opened every single piece to ensure each piece was in perfect shape, then they repackaged it & helped us load it. We love the quality, the amazing service, and attention to detail!
