Solid business that will have us as repeat customers. We found a sofa and loveseat we liked at a brand new place in the valley that was having a 50% off retail sale for their grand opening. Image had the identical couch in their showroom, and their regular price was $400 less that the other places “50% off” price. Ridiculous. We won’t bother going back to the other place. Image gets all of our furniture business from now on.
I have called the store back only 20 hours after purchasing a $ 2400.00 lift chair. Letting them know I have a difficult time sitting in the chair because it's too tall. I asked to exchange it and I'm very disappointed that their policy is that it cannot be returned after delivery. I'm a handicapped senior who is dependant on a lift chair because of a low back injury. Please consider your purchases within the store because they have no concern for your comfort or use after they get your money.
Beautiful area in need of protection from erosion.
