When I first contacted Mirella my son was a terrible mess, addicted and in trouble with the law. I had lost hope for his future. With Mirellas virtual counseling sessions with my son and a lot of hard work he has completely turned around. He is off drugs, getting straight A's in school and has his future mapped out. Mirella was beyond amazing. My boyfriend and I were going through an extremely hard time and sought counseling. We found Mirella and she helped so much! She was available anytime and was extremely thoughtful and caring.
Very unprofessional!!!!! I called multiple times, no one answers the phone and no one returns calls after leaving multiple messages. Even after finally getting someone on the phone and providing my personal information, I was told I would receive a phone call by end of business day which never happened. Two weeks has passed and still no follow up. Makes me question if this is a legitimate business.
